33. Houston Texans
Xavier Su'a-Filo*, OG, UCLA
Ht: 6-4 Wt: 205 lbs. | Class: Junior (RS)

2013 Season Record: 2-14 | Team Needs: QB, LB, OL, DL, DB

Analysis: With the 33rd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Houston Texans select... Xavier Su'a-Filo, OG, UCLA.

Ben Jones isn't spectacular, so I don't have a problem with them selecting arguably the consensus top guard in this class. They passed on a ton of defensive linemen and a pair of stud right tackles, but solid pick overall.

Reach/Value: -3

Grade: B

34. Dallas Cowboys
Demarcus Lawrence*, DE, Boise State
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 250 lbs. | Class: Junior (RS)
(via Washington)

2013 Season Record: 8-8 | Team Needs: DL, S, LB, OG, WR

Analysis: With the 34th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select... Demarcus Lawrence, Defensive End, Boise State.

Love this pick! Lawrence is a first round talent, and reminds me a little of the guy who he'll replace as Dallas's primary pass rusher. One of the more complete defensive ends in this draft. I had Kony Ealy ranked a little higher, but it's all about preference. Dallas gave up it's third to move up and get its guy.

Reach/Value: +11

Grade: A-

35. Cleveland Browns
Joel Bitonio, OG, Nevada
Ht: 6-4 Wt: 305 lbs. | Class: Senior (RS)

2013 Season Record: 4-12 | Team Needs: QB, WR, TE, OG, LB

Analysis: With the 35th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns select... Joel Bitonio, Offensive Guard, Nevada.

The bad news is that the Browns passed on several talented receivers and a pair of tackles that could've stepped right end and got the job done. The good news is that they got a versatile offensive lineman who should be able to solidify any spot on the offensive line, likely guard. He could have been drafted last night, but I have a third round grade on Bitonio.

Reach/Value: -48

Grade: C-

36. Oakland Raiders
Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
Ht: 6-2 Wt: 215 lbs. | Class: Senior (RS)

2013 Season Record: 4-12 | Team Needs: QB, LB, OL, DB, TE

Analysis: With the 36th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders select... Derek Carr, Quarterback, Fresno State.

The Raiders were able to grab their #1 rated quarterback in the second round. They considered him in the first, but the value here is awesome. Carr should be Oakland's quarterback of the future, and may be able to beat out Matt Schaub as the starter this season.

Reach/Value: +20

Grade: A+

37. Atlanta Falcons
Ra'Shede Hageman, DT, Minnesota
Ht: 6-6 Wt: 310 lbs. | Class: Senior (RS)

2013 Season Record: 4-12 | Team Needs: OT, OLB, S, TE, RB

Analysis: With the 37th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Atlanta Falcons select... Ra'Shede Hageman, Defensive Tackle, Minnesota.

Assuming the Falcons give a lot of 3-4 looks this year, Hageman is a good pick. Edge rusher and tight end were the more pressing needs for them, but you can't argue that Hageman is good value, and a high upside pick.

Reach/Value: +6

Grade: A-

38. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Austin Seferian-Jenkins*, TE, Washington
Ht: 6-6 Wt: 263 lbs. | Class: Junior

2013 Season Record: 4-12 | Team Needs: QB, WR, TE, OG, LB

Analysis: With the 38th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers select... Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Tight End, Washington.

They grabbed their big receiver in round one, now they've grabbed their big tight end in round two. The Bucs are having a strong draft right now. Amaro is my top tight end, but ASJ could be the better pro. If they truly believe Mike Glennon is the future, it makes sense to supply him with weapons.

Reach/Value: -2

Grade: A-

39. Jacksonville Jaguars
Marqise Lee*, WR, Southern California
Ht: 6-0 Wt: 199 lbs. | Class: Junior

2013 Season Record: 4-12 | Team Needs: QB, OL, DL, LB, WR

Analysis: With the 39th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars select... Marqise Lee, Wide Receiver, Southern California.

Steal. Marqise Lee is a first round talent. Maybe he isn't a number one receiver, but he is an absolute play maker. I believe his ceiling is Reggie Wayne. Wasn't a fan of the Bortles pick in the first round, but David Caldwell is a guy Jaguars fans should trust.

Reach/Value: +13

Grade: A+

40. Detroit Lions
Kyle Van Noy, OLB, Brigham Young
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 246 lbs. | Class: Senior (RS)
(from Seattle via Minnesota)

2013 Season Record: 7-9 | Team Needs: DB, OL, OLB, DE, WR

Analysis: With the 40th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions select... Kyle Van Noy, Outside Linebacker, Brigham Young.

Awesome player, awesome pick. Van Noy fills a big need at weakside linebacker, and he gives the Lions another guy who can put pressure on the quarterback. He's one of the most versatile prospects in the draft. Good value pick.

Reach/Value: +7

Grade: A+

41. Saint Louis Rams
Lamarcus Joyner, DB, Florida State
Ht: 5-8 Wt: 184 lbs. | Class: Senior
(from via Buffalo)

2013 Season Record: 7-9 | Team Needs: QB, OL, DB, WR, OLB

Analysis: With the 41st pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Saint Louis Rams select... Lamarcus Joyner, Defensive Back, Florida State.

St. Louis gave up a 5th to move up and get Lamarcus Joyner. Not a spectacular pick, but ultimately, a sold one. Joyner is my 6th rated corner, and gives Saint Louis that much needed slot corner, but I believe he could also play free safety next to T.J. McDonald. They got their Tyrann Mathieu.

Reach/Value: -10

Grade: B+

42. Philadelphia Eagles
Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 211 lbs. | Class: Senior
(via Tennessee)

2013 Season Record: 10-6 | Team Needs: S, OLB, ILB, CB, WR

Analysis: With the 42nd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select... Jordan Matthews, Wide Receiver, Vanderbilt.

The only reason I didn't like their first round pick was the fact that it was a full round reach. They gave up a fourth to get a good all around receiver in Jordan Matthews, though he doesn't stand out in one particular area. Allen Robinson I had graded a little higher tho.

Reach/Value: -18

Grade: B

43. New York Giants
Weston Richburg, C, Colorado State
Ht: 6-4 Wt: 304 lbs. | Class: Senior (RS)

2013 Season Record: 7-9 | Team Needs: OL, WR, TE, LB, RB

Analysis: With the 43rd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the New York Giants select... Weston Richburg, C, Colorado State.

J.D. Walton was penciled in as their starting center, so this is a solid pick. Richburg is the best center in the draft in my opinion, and has drawn some Alex Mack comparisons. However, they passed on some good defensive line talent and a pair of potential left tackles.

Reach/Value: -15

Grade: B-

44. Buffalo Bills
Cyrus Kouandjio*, OT, Alabama
Ht: 6-7 Wt: 322 lbs. | Class: Junior
(via Saint Louis)

2013 Season Record: 6-10 | Team Needs: OT, TE, WR, S, DE

Analysis: With the 44th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills select... Cyrus Kouandjio, Offensive Tackle, Alabama.

The Bills are nailing this draft! They traded up for the best receiver in the draft in the first round, and get a tackle in Cyrus Kouandjio who grades out as a firs round pick. He has a very high ceiling, and gives them a needed upgrade at right tackle.

Reach/Value: +15

Grade: A+

45. Seattle Seahawks
Paul Richardson*, WR, Colorado
Ht: 6-0 Wt: 170 lbs. | Class: Senior
(via Detroit)

2013 Season Record: 6-10 | Team Needs: OT, TE, WR, S, DE

Analysis: With the 45th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks select... Paul Richardson, Wide Receiver, Colorado.

Richardson is my 16th ranked receiver. He's fast and talented. I just don't see much else. Really not a fan of this pick. Really big reach, but at least they felt a need? (Oh yeah, they passed on much better prospects.)

Reach/Value: -81

Grade: D-

46. Pittsburgh Steelers
Stephon Tuitt*, DE, Notre Dame
Ht: 6-5 Wt: 304 lbs. | Class: Junior (RS)

2013 Season Record: 8-8 | Team Needs: CB, WR, DL, ILB, RB

Analysis: With the 46th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers select... Stephon Tuitt, Defensive End, Notre Dame.

Over Louis Nix? But, this is such a great fit for Stephon Tuitt. Once thought to be a first round talent, Tuitt should be able to solidify the 3-4 defensive end spot ipposite Cameron Heyward.

Reach/Value: -7

Grade: B+

47. Washington Redskins
Trent Murphy, OLB, Stanford
Ht: 6-6 Wt: 260 lbs. | Class: Senior (RS)
(via Dallas)

2013 Season Record: 6-10 | Team Needs: OT, TE, WR, S, DE

Analysis: With the 47th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Washington Redskins select... Trent Murphy, Outside Linebacker, Stanford.

Murphy is a good player. Doesn't do anything great, but does remind me a bit of his new teammate Ryan Kerrigan. You can never have enough pass rushers. However, when do they plan on addressing the secondary?

Reach/Value: -19

Grade: C+

48. Baltimore Ravens
Timmy Jernigan*, DT, Florida State
Ht: 6-2 Wt: 305 lbs. | Class: Junior

2013 Season Record: 8-8 | Team Needs: OT, WR, S, TE, DE

Analysis: With the 48th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens select... Timmy Jernigan, Defensive Tackle, Florida State.

Jernigan didn't belong in the first round, but he's not terrible value as a mid-second round pick. However, where does he fit? The Ravens could use another receiver and a right tackle. Doesn't make much sense.

Reach/Value: -15

Grade: C-

49. New York Jets
Jace Amaro*, TE, Texas Tech
Ht: 6-6 Wt: 266 lbs. | Class: Junior

2013 Season Record: 8-8 | Team Needs: WR, DB, OL, LB, TE

Analysis: With the 49th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the New York Jets select... Jace Amaro, Tight End, Texas Tech.

The Jets are off to a great start. They nabbed a safety in the first, and got a mid-first round prospect in the draft in the middle of round 2. Amaro was my #1 rated tight end in the draft. Geno Smith is a happy young man right now.

Reach/Value: +32

Grade: A+

50. San Diego Chargers
Jeremiah Attaochu, OLB, Georgia Tech
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 249 lbs. | Class: Senior
(via Miami)

2013 Season Record: 9-7 | Team Needs: CB, OG, OLB, DL, WR

Analysis: With the 50th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the San Diego Chargers select... Jeremiah Attaochu, Defensive End, Georgia Tech.

Attaochu had a chance of being a late first round pick, so I think the Chargers were wise to move up (giving up a fourth) to get him. His upside as a pass rusher is tremendous. Good value. Filled a need. Deserves a strong grade.

Reach/Value: 0

Grade: A-

51. Chicago Bears
Ego Ferguson*, DT, Louisiana State
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 302 lbs. | Class: Junior

2013 Season Record: 8-8 | Team Needs: DB, LB, DT, RB, WR

Analysis: With the 51st pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Chicago Bears select... Ego Ferguson, Defensive Tackle, Louisiana State.

This wasn't a good value pick, as I had a 4th round grade on Ferguson. He's talented, but the Bears would've been better of drafting a safety (Terrence Brooks) or some one of the other defensive tackles I ranked ahead of Ferguson.

Reach/Value: -53

Grade: D

52. Arizona Cardinals
Troy Niklas*, TE, Notre Dame
Ht: 6-7 Wt: 268 lbs. | Class: Junior

2013 Season Record: 10-6 | Team Needs: OL, OLB, S, TE, QB

Analysis: With the 52nd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals select... Troy Niklas, Tight End, Notre Dame.

Solid pick for the Cardinals. Niklas is the best blocking tight end in this class, but has the tools to develop into a stud pass catching tight end. Arizona filled a need and got pretty good value here.

Reach/Value: -3

Grade: A-

53. Green Bay Packers
Davante Adams**, WR, Fresno State
Ht: 6-1 Wt: 215 lbs. | Class: Sophomore

2013 Season Record: 8-7-1 | Team Needs: S, TE, ILB, C, DL

Analysis: With the 53rd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers select... Davante Adams, Wide Receiver, Fresno State.

Ted Thompson really is a genius. I'm a little surprised they passed on Louis Nix III, but getting my 30th ranked prospect late in the second round is just as good. Though I compare his game to Michael Crabtree, Davante Adams is a lot like former Packers receiver James Jones.

Reach/Value: +23

Grade: A+

54. Tennessee Titans
Bishop Sankey*, RB, Washington
Ht: 5-10 Wt: 209 lbs. | Class: Junior
(via Philadelphia)

2013 Season Record: 7-9 | Team Needs: QB, CB, ILB, RB, WR

Analysis: With the 54th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans select... Bishop Sankey, Running Back, Washington.

You have to wonder when the Titans will address the cornerback position, but trading down and getting Bishop Sankey was a pretty good mood. He's one of the top 3 backs in this class, and can be a 3 down back who can help out in the passing game.

Reach/Value: -17

Grade: B-

55. Cincinnati Bengals
Jeremy Hill**, RB, Louisiana State
Ht: 6-1 Wt: 234 lbs. | Class: Sophomore (RS)

2013 Season Record: 11-5 | Team Needs: CB, C, MLB, DE, WR

Analysis: With the 55th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select... Jeremy Hill, Running Back, Louisiana State.

Based on where I ranked Jeremy Hill, this pick is a reach. However, I really like this pick. Gio Bernard is a special talent at running back who contributes heavily as a receiver. Hill is the perfect complimentary back. I couldn't give him a second or third round grade because he's only a 2 down back (and he doesn't consistently break a lot of tackles), but he's one of the more talented runners in the draft.

Reach/Value: -55

Grade: B-

56. Denver Broncos
Cody Latimer*, WR, Indiana
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 215 lbs. | Class: Junior
(from San Francisco via Kansas City)

2013 Season Record: 13-3 | Team Needs: CB, MLB, DE, DT, OL

Analysis: With the 56th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select... Cody Latimer, Wide Receiver, Indiana.

Moving up several spot to get Cody Latimer? Surprising, but not a bad move at all. A quarterback can never have enough weapons. Latimer generated some late first round buzz late in the process, but this is really where his value is.

Reach/Value: -5
